Parasite control

We don’t want our pets to suffer from skin or internal parasites. They are uncomfortable, dangerous and spread further disease. Roundworms can also spread to humans.

Cats:

We protect cats against fleas, ticks, hair lice, skin mites and intestinal roundworms using a monthly spot on product.

Dogs:

We protect dogs against lungworm, fleas, ticks, hair lice, skin mites and roundworms with a monthly medicated chew treat.

Dogs and Cats:

We protect against tapeworms with a tablet every 3 months for hunters, scavengers and animals that regularly eat raw food, or every 6 months otherwise.

Under RCVS guidance, all veterinary practices are required to carry out a physical examination before prescribing anti-parasitic treatments such as flea and worming products. This means that for any vet to continue providing these essential preventatives, your pet must have been seen within the last six months. These regular check-ups not only ensure compliance with regulations but also allow vets to monitor your pet’s overall health, detect any underlying conditions early, and tailor treatments to their specific needs. Booking routine visits helps keep your pet protected while ensuring the highest standard of care.
